When is safe for using a CSS property?

Hi guys, i'm building a app of work with SASS and i have a use case for the new :has() CSS property. How safe is to use it? When is safe to use it? Is there any downsides of using it right now?

If by "safe" you mean that users are likely to have a browser supporting it, then yes depending on what % of users you are targeting https://caniuse.com/css-has
