Best FPS Limiter
hello, i tried FPS Limiter from Gamescope but the delay is so bad, then from MangoHud it works but the latency not as good as RTSS from Windows. is there another one that i don't know of? My device is GPD Win Mini

MangoHud should work. There's two options for limiting mode, and one of them is very low latency, make sure you haven't swapped away from that one

Yeah, I did notice you were using it already, just adding the bit about Mangohud having two modes. I ran into that while finding a limiter to use (still looking for one with a different background limit..), and one of the modes had a lot of latency.
