Finance interview suit suggestions? M20

1. What tie and shirt color goes with this suit [1]? I really like wearing blue, I understand that this suit is navy but i don't know how to throw blue into this. 2. The tie [2] is a bit textured, can i wear a textured [3] shirt [4] like this with a textured tie? 3. Which suit and tie combo is good [5]? 4. Are brown ties out of style [6]? 5. Should I wear an apple watch ultra [7] or just a regular apple watch [7]? I am concerned the apple watch ultra is too big. I have a pretty big wrist circumference, but I'm 5'9.5. 6. Is it okay to wear a plastic watch band [7]? It just looks black until you're less than 1.5 feet from it, and then you can tell its rubber. i don't like leather apple watch bands, or the silver ones with links. Perhaps I should get the silver, linked, watch band. 7. What you thought of this suit color, shirt color, and tie color combination [8]. 8. If you think a textured (grenadine) tie [9 & 10] is okay, but silk is ideal like [11 & 12] 9. If I can wear a textured shirt [3] with a silk tie [11 & 12]? Context: I am a recruit for a front office finance role. I haven't bought a new suit in ten years because I just never wear suits. I was wondering if someone could kindly answer my questions keeping in mind the role I am being considered for and the current style trends in that field. Also, apparently I am seeing suggestions for only a white shirt, no green tie or black. I am considering a dark grey tie that almost looks black, is this okay? I feel like there might not be enough contrast between my navy suit and a blue tie.

finance is a fairly conservative field and interviews are a fairly formal part of that so imo 'style' should be second to decorum. some of these questions are best answered by 'own multiple suits' or 'see what everyone else is wearing' which may happen once you get the job. assuming you're only asking about the interview and haven't bought anything: 1. you could wear just about anything with a navy suit but the easiest move is: either a white or light blue (lighter than the one in picture 5) shirt and a black, dark red or very dark gray tie 2. for this particular instance, etiher a textured/faintly patterned shirt OR textured tie, not both 3. all four look fine but see (1) above 4. brown ties aren't out of style but outfit and occasion dependent; see (1) above 5. my personal preference is an analog watch. without seeing your wrist for context i think either is fine but change the band for the interview itself. 6. this combo looks fine for him but see (1) above 7. for this specific situation silk over grenadine in my opinion; see (2) above. if you're actually working either would be sufficient. tl;ldr wear classic and well-fitting stuff to get the job, then figure out dress code/company culture/what people actually wear there once you've accepted it.
