I got my first strike and I know my gameplay is gonna be degraded for the next 7 days but I can't access my game at all

that's not a ban at all.
that's a BSOD, known as the encounter limit erorr screen. You probably used shiny scanner too much.
how do I exit the notification tho

very late reply here, but if you try to enter the game with no internet, it should give you the option to log out, i’m not sure if that’s an iOS only thing tho
but it’s worth a try
