Network Problem

Keeps popping up ingame these past two days after i opened up a different game whitelist on val, but nothings wrong with my ping. And my game keeps stuttering and its not my frames... I've restarted my pc, uninstalled val, updated my gpu driver, but nothing seems to fix the problem. Only happens in Valorant and not my other games (APEX, THE FINALS etc.) help
