I wanna get the new Iso card from the Bp will it be available in shops after? I dont wanna buy the Bp its kinda yk. Would appreciate it if anyone could help me:)

as long as it is not the epilogue (lvl 51+) card, all items will appear in the accessory shop lateron
keep in mind that all (ALL) items from the past battlepasses can appear in there. so you may need a few years on waiting
