I got banned unnecessarily
First of all, hello, I was preparing for exams for school and I was not playing games in this process. my brother was playing games in my 2 much accounts, which were my accounts in this process, and this was recently banned, I threw a hand and sent a ticket to valorant support. they told me the following in exchange for a bot.

They banned my brother's account because they are right. but it's not right for them to ban my account just because it has a HWID ban, I didn't know that, I learnt from you, I just want them to open my account back, I want to talk to a real support unit, not a bot.

usually when @VANGUARD detects a 3rd party program, the account the player was playing on that time is banned permanently. as far as i know there is no chance of getting that unbanned, not even through support.
once vanguard bans for 3rd party programs, the pc it was detected on will recieve a HWID ban, which lasts exactly 4 months. during that time you are suspended from playing valorant with any other account (not sure if they will be banned on trying to play too? idk)
(also, accountsharing is a bannable offense too (see Riot TOS))

if he got a HWID ban so all of your accounts you log in to are banned automatically -> 3rd party ban

Account sharing is cheating, if you get hwid banned from it is unknown. But from the post that is the only reason why they where banned. Other then hacking/using third party tools
By the way, I don't share an account, we play from the same computer with my brother. anyway, I think I figured it out, I think I was dealing with discord bot construction these days, I was running it in the background of my computer in the cmd window in the background, at that time my brother sat down to play valo. that's when it happened anyway. I think that's why I ate it. but not a 3rd party software. it was just a discord bot run window.
