Can someone help me I made a riot account over 16 a new email verified but it wont let me download
valorant it keeps saying "You are not allowed to download this content at this time."

In a reddit post someone said they were able to download as soon as they tried it with microsoft edge

You could try the free VPN that comes with OperaGX
