I've had this in the past, in my case it was GPU related (think I had some sort of resolution display mismatch with alt tabbing fullscreen), thus updating GPU drivers and reinstalling the game ended up fixing for me. Might be worth a shot!

Turn off hardware accelerated gpu scheduling in graphic settings (pc not valorant)
