Package loss
I only have this problem in Valorant, there are occasion package loss from 0-1 percent. This makes my in game character teleport slightly or lag when im moving around and it is making the game unplayable.

Me also, and I have seen other posts in community help over the last 48 hours mentioning the same, along with a lot of posts about "secure boot" failures, the devs will catch up sooner or later. Or we all just have really bad luck and the best time all at once... 🤷🏽♂️ .
If you haven't tried already, might be worth restarting your internet equipment (router, modem, etc). Power cycling them.
Also, have you noticed any packet loss in other games? I've only noticed it in "particular" events that I don't feel like elaborating on, however it can be annoying to say the least.
Are you on WiFi? If so, double check your connection and make sure you have a solid signal.
Speed testing may be worth also. You might be able to try watching your network connection indefinitely to see if you notice any patterns in ping spikes (Run > cmd > Enter command: "ping google DOT com -n 999"). You can use any other site that allows ICMP ping responses. I know google DOT com does so that's why I use that in my example.
