Any recommended interview questions to ask during an interview to ensure a good fit for OE?

To a manager: How do you handle status updates with your direct reports? What is your management style while working with remote peers?
To a peer: How does your team normally handles dependencies? Who are your stakeholders and how do they notify you when they need something?
Asking panel members, "how does you normally propagate status updates to your managers and stakeholders?" is another good one
To a manager: "I want to know if you can describe to me the style of management you typically conduct among your peers and direct reports."
I would not try to ask about meeting times. those can change a lot.
