any tips/suggestions?

I am loosing my skills and game sense day by day, I tried many things like 1.taking a break from valorant for a week 2. changing sensitivity 3. Practicing in range(hard mode 17-21 kills with vandal) my current rank is diamond 2 but i tried playing on different ranks like platinum and silver but i still get 8-12 kills on platinum and 16ish kills on silver, my gameplay isn't of diamond rank anymore and I feel so sad that i used to be good at this game but now i can't even bully my opponents in lower ranks. Any tips or suggestions on how can i improve my gameplay? Thanks

Are you sure you’re not accidentally going on auto pilot? You still have to think about every little thing you do maybe you just got used to doing good then stopped thinking about it

good mental is a need, eat good thing, wash often, take care of yourself, go out, work out, see friend

I'm living a decent healthy lifestyle I can assure you, but not so sure about mental health i think i might be going auto pilot

It helps me to ask myself questions when I play like “why am I using this ability?” Or else I just start throwing all of my util <:val_KEKW:735920430690467852>

but still my spray control, flicks, peeks are not as accurate anymore by workout i jog/run 4-6 kms everyday, not a gym workout

I would train those with like warmups then when you get in match think a lot so you can gain gamesense back

Sure, I mean whatever works for you, I just do range warmups most days

u can do aimlabs or practise in tdm/range/spike/swift for that
