guys what is normal sens
mine is 800 dpi 0.9
but my friends say its so high
so whats a good sens

800 dpi 0.275 here. I'm old and slow...

record you and look if you lose fight because of overflicking or underflicking, also yes its high
800 x 0.9 = 720edi
Where you want to be around 200-400
Im on 0.18 1600 which is 0.36 800
Highest sens pro currently is forsaken on 0.602 800 iirc
And its impossible to consistently do micros (very important in val) when ur over 30cm/360 so drop ur sens down

i aim with my wrist so i guess il start using my arm
It's useful to do both imo. Wrist aim is good for micro adjustments (long aim/headshots), arm/elbow for more agressive spins/adjustments, depending on sens ofc. I typically give myself enough room to do a full 180 rotation without the need to lift my mouse, but usually by then i'm all the way at the end of my large table sized mousepad.. I think with optimal gamesense, the need to do complete turnarounds should be minimal, unless your a 360 no scope kinda player...
