go to "Manual Uninstall Guide"
it should be guaranteed to work
if at Step 7, it says that one of the programs are still running, go into the folder, select all of them, and hit delete
the one that's probably still running is the vanguard tray service
in which case, open task manager, find it, right click it, and hit "end task"
after that, you should be able to uninstall the whole folder
