Is instalocking bad? Like in low elos bronze/silver? Because I get to play whatever agent I choose and comfortable with. Even if i dont instalock my kills depend on my aim.

Comms save lives, communicate strengths, expectations, and your weaknesses
Insta-locking ignores all of this
instalocking is generally harmful, as there are certain team comps, and it puts your team in an undesirable position when you make a decision that cannot be reveresed.
but in those ranks like bronze and silver i would not depend on your teamates as much either
