Hello everybody. I soldered all the diodes etc. After testing I found 2 rows that don't work at all. Can anyone tell me which pin on ic2 I should check (I'm pretty sure about these pins)

Cool, thanks! I've re-flowed all pins, but there is a small chance that I've ruined some line and may be I need to rebuild this lines with the wires..
Btw I can't find the pcb schema is it possible to find it somewhere?

It wasn't me.. Dude in service "helped" me to took of IC sockets..
