Can I recover my account which was perm banned?
My account was banned for "3rd party sofware" but I can log onto another account I just made so I'm not HWID banned. I also never used 3rd party software so I DO NOT FUCKING KNOW where this justification came from

No one on this server can help you with a ban. Only Riot knows why you were banned and only they will be able to relax the ban if it was not justified.
