That happened to me I just did the restart option on my power options and then it was fixed
In order to get Vanguard, Valorant’s anti-cheat, to work on your computer you most enable secure boot and TPM 2.0. Here are some resources that will assist you in the process:

If you click on the windows icon at the bottle left of your screen then power options you should see a restart and that’s what I pressed and then it worked again

What manufacturer is your motherboard? Mine is ASUS so the secure boot setting had to be enabled in the BIOS/UEFI
The TPM 2.0 had to be enabled in my BIOS/UEFI also
