Selling Niche Items Online
I have this FDMTL reflective bomber that I bought a couple years ago that just doesn't fit my current style. I have never sold any clothing online, so I had a couple newbie questions:
1. For niche items is Ebay the best plave to list it? Should I bother posting it on other sites as well (Grailed, Mercari)?
2. How much would you typically sell an item like this for (50% of MSRP, 70% of MSRP,...)?
3. Is there a best time of year to sell items? I am not desperate to sell it soon and I am wondering if sites like Ebay are inundated with people trying to clear out their closet in the new year.
Also any advice for first time sellers would be greatly appreciated!

For niche items Grailed might be better. They take a smaller percentage than ebay (9% vs 13.5%). I also think Grailed has made shipping super easy, which is good for new folks. You can purchase the shipping label through them.
The shoppers on grailed tend to be more high end. So you may get more visibility. Downside is there’s no auctions, so your item could sit unsold for a long time
maybe also style forum streetwear&denim?
As for timing I've found that stuff is more likely to sell if people can wear it right away... if you listed that jacket over the summer for instance it'd sit for a few months
Thanks for all of the advice!
