Can anyone suggest some good resources for bms (battery related communications) collecting data from sensors and so

I assume by sensors you mean voltage/current/temperature and prominently, CAN protocol is use in linking these with the vehicle controller. Lower level it can be any other serial protocols.

Hi @tahenan, you can check out https://foxbms.org/ it is an open source complete BMS system. This is undertaken by Fraunhofer institute in Germany (top research institute in Germany). When I was pursuing my master I was in Formula student racing team of my university. Responsible for hardware design of BMS. We took inspiration from foxBMS and implemented simple solution for our uni car.
