Need help to determine which is best solution to upload file.

Help me just want to know which solution will be highly concurrent from my point of view I'm betting on the last one but the last solution totally depends on AWS since it a third party I'm i can't say. AWS engineers must be more intelligent than me so I think handling all these things would not be a big deal i can add queues and stuff and the solution can be further optimized in many ways. I don't know where to go so I'm asking this question here.
