Cloudflare is apparently blocking connections to a Wix site my company has made.
So, I've made a website for a product my company has made via Wix and we want the site to point to a subdomain of a domain we purchased via Cloudflare. We've had a hell of a time working back and forth with Wix to configure everything properly but from their end, Wix is saying that according to DNS records, everything looks correct and that I need to consult with Cloudflare CS to resolve the issue. Wix states that our site is technically connected, but that Cloudflare is blocking access. Hoping to figure out how to fix this ASAP and without having to upgrade from Pro to Business. If this is the wrong tag, I apologize. I know this Discord is geared towards Devs, but I am neither a Dev nor really a Network guy so... any advice at this point is welcome.

What do you mean by blocking connections?
I'll just show you a screenshot of what Wix CS said
You'd need to check the firewall events to see what rule it was, or if you just don't want Cloudflare at all, unproxy the DNS record (change it from the orange cloud to the gray cloud).

I did share screenshots of our current DNS records with WIx and they said everything appeared to be in order, so does that mean a firewall issue is more likely...?
Sorry, again, I'm not a network guy so i'm playing catchup
Depends - maybe they only looked and saw the origin IP/CNAME was right, rather than the proxied status.
That page is by the firewall. I'm just saying, if you don't want Cloudflare at all, then disable it on that subdomain.
ok i'll look into it. ty
