High Ping, or the flash raycasted towards your camera with > 1 pixel visible probably

it popped when u were looking at it
just so happned that the animation of it popping didnt finish and u turned the animation
but it already was popped

It's not a big deal most flashes are un dogeable if you don't expect it
even if you expect it, you cant dodge everything
