I was recommended to use pinterest to give some ideas of what I think looks good, so https://www.pinterest.de/dqwkndlkqnq/ here it is
Height might be a problem for many pieces with 6'6".
Hoping to get some nice ideas!
Ideas for accessories, Hair, anything is really welcome aswell!

I prefer you hair on the first pic. There’s a lot of slim/skinny fit in your pinterested which isn’t very trendy right now. Maybe some techwear could match what you want ?
But also if you like slim/ skinny, wear it! There’s plenty available.
Most of this looks like skinny jeans plus tee plus sneakers - might be worth going to a local Uniqlo and trying on some jeans, tees, and maybe cargos and seeing if anything clicks.
Don't know if anyone has linked it yet but I think there's probably a lot in the https://discord.com/channels/1116793467654381685/1125076626665910332/1125079844804382811 channel you would find useful!
Also 2nding GSH's recommendation for using Vinted for 2nd hand shopping. I'm in the UK, and have bought like 90% of my clothing purchases from there in the last year or two
Is there somebody I could check a second hand site together with or something?
Id say it's more for when you have an idea for specific brands or items to look for, then search on there to see if you can find it cheaper than retail
But as like a basic example, you could find tons of Levi 501s and similar, which would be a great start in the jeans department
Some EU and UK brands I like to look out for:
Carharrt WIP
Asket
Portuguese Flannel
Cos / Arket
Howlin' (good for knitwear)
Universal Works
Albam
Folk
Also brands that are widely available on there are like:
Dickies
Patagonia
Levis
Polo Ralph Lauren for preppier style stuff
I’m also in Europe and I bought a lot on Vinted following the basic wardrobe guide
Literally the only one of those I ever heard is Levis
I really think it’s worth trying things on in person at a store before buying online to get a sense of how things fit, and have something to measure against
Speaking as someone who should have shopped more in person at the start
I honestly don't feel confident enough in my taste to shop alone 👀
a lot of the stuff that you saved is quite off-trend. The skinny tapered streetwear mixed with dark americana was all the rage on the internet from like 2013-2016 but I honestly wouldn't recommend trying to recreate those looks these days
the things that do interest me from your pins are use of drape and flowy clothes - this fit, for example, has a really nice silhouette
I would recommend checking out @100 sals 's fits because he does a great job of playing with drapey silhouettes and slim bottoms that look interesting and somewhat avant garde but modern rather than dated. you can find a list of them by typing

in the discord search barhere are a couple examples from him that I think you'd vibe with
Appreciate the effort a lot!
I think it's a great style but I think, some of the clothing of that might be too... do you call it skinny (?) for me?
Hah yeah
I like this though. Is it correct that this example has like more "loose" pants unlike what @100 sals wears?
The Pinterest album above trends more street wear than I usually dress, which isn't a bad thing at all! To give you some recs in that vein id probably rec some different brands than I usually wear
Those cargos are def looser than I dress here
there are lots of skinny silhouettes in the pins which is why I assumed you wanted that. you can totally go looser in the pants
Deffo! I think what Sals wears might be a bit tighter though, right?
his pants?
Yeah and in general.
I don't think his style would fit me being at 110kg rn
Can't get much tighter than skinny jeans with blown out knees
Fair :D Maybe it looks different to me 👀
But you're right I'd say we have different body types
here's an example from him with wider pants though - it definitely works well here
Although you have a good 6" on me and weight scales exponentially with height so maybe not
I would deffo say I got 10kg too much rn :D
I think these pants look great too
Overall your inspiration album has a lot of very similar and super achievable outfits that mix and match the same basic pieces. You can find skinny jeans, cargos, boots, flannels, bomber jackets, hoodies, etc all at your local shops or go for higher end versions from online retailers.
Yeah I tried to step out of my comfort zone with picks but I somehow always ended on the same kind of outfits lol
these look like loose cargo joggers with an aggressive taper
Where would I find those online though / how?
If I were you I'd post this as a separate question to get more answers because we're pretty deep down here
Oh fair, thought you maybe knew some particular site rn :P
no, but I'd be surprised if you couldn't find them from a place like ASOS or H&M (or just search Vinted)
Other than the pants, what else could I look for?
Best friend recommended these
I noticed a few denim jackets and trucker jackets in your inspo. A nice levi type 2 or type 3 jacket or something would be an easy Vinted pickup
Docs seem like a good idea
The black boots on the right
Yeah she said docs because I dress darker
Those are also great to buy secondhand, I've heard the break-in is tough
The break-in is tough? Can you elaborate?
They are uncomfortable to wear until they're broken in a bit
Ohh i see thanks
A lot of your inspiration pics feature dudes wearing pretty basic sneakers too. Converse, vans, etc which can be found at like any mall
Not basic as in bad btw
Buying footwear secondhand can be tricky if you don't know your size, so I'd recommend trying some on or buying from a place that offers returns if possible
Footwear in general is tricky because of big feet :(
Most retail stores carry up to 46 and i got 48
ASOS is actually quite good for converse, vans, Adidas etc
Just avoid buying anything that's Asos-own brand
Docs go up to 48 and really common sneakers like cons, vans, adidas should too
timbs probably have sizes up there as well
Do you think timbs would be good too?
I don't think the classic buckwheat timbs pair very well with like a darker/mostly black wardrobe, but i'm sure they have other colors and models
Ah fair, if they dont fit, they dont fit :P
So far we got boots and pants then haha
Great start! All that's left are some shirts, sweaters, and jackets right?
And perhaps accesoires, yeah :P
Would you think another kind of pants but the ones we had so far are good?
Definitely a good start, cargos and denim are streetwear staples
Any ideas for these categories?
You could also pick up some basic joggers in like a jersey or terry fabric aka sweatshirt material for like lounging around or running errands.
I think joggers-wise I'm sorted out hahaha
Well i'd definitely recommend some flannel shirts, a hoodie (I'd rec oversized but at your height that might be difficult), a bomber jacket, maybe a denim trucker as well
Oversized hoodies & bomber jackets are a big problem. Bomber Jackets are usually too short on the arms.
Recently found a really nice oversized hoodie at Smilodox though
SMILODOX
Oversize Unisex Hoodie Rocco
Unisex Hoodie im Oversize Fit aus Baumwolle und Polyester. Mit leicht überschnittenen Schultern, formstabilen Bündchen, besticktes Logo.
Rarely find something that works as "oversize", quality is really great and prices are great too. Just shipping time was awful
Camber hoodies run long and big (as long as you don't hot wash and tumble dry) and are a pretty nice piece. Not sure what retail situation might be where you live but they can be brought at decent prices in the US and UK.
Germany here :D
Hip store in the UK stocks them (but doesn't seem to have much stock at the moment) and ships to the EU with taxes etc covered. About €70.
I think those might be a bit casual for my taste if i found the right ones
