Permanent BAN

Hi guys, two days ago I had a problem. The case is that I have been banned permanently and no matter how many accounts I make it doesn't let me play, I guess it's a hardware ban. I wrote them a ticket but I selected the wrong option, so I opened another ticket selecting the correct one. When they solved the first one, they did it because it was better to communicate only by a ticket, and the second one was in the right department. The problem comes here: when the second ticket was checked they saw that the first one had been solved and they assumed that they had found third party software, so they solved the second one too and have not removed my ban. Now I have written several tickets but they close them all. Any solution?
