Starter pack gamepass bug.
I bought the starter pack gamepass and it gave me like an error and said my robux would not be taken, but when I looked, my robux was taken and I didn't have my items.

From the way you described your issue, it sounds like an issue with Roblox itself. You might be able to make a ticket to get those items but I'm not sure.
