you can record yourself play and review, im low elo and tend to make lots of mistakes for no reason if im not concentrated 100%

its based off your hidden rank so either you're extremely good for you rank (silver and actually deserve diamond, dropping 30 every game) or you're smurfing which is the same result, dropping 30 every SINGLE game

For example if you do the same sized steps every time then enemies can easily anticipate your movement
if you switch it up a bit every once in a while, maybe move to the same direction twice or something then movement becomes much more unpredictable
the only time someones placement rank was higher than there last peak was when they first added ascendant
they changed rank reset for that episode because of it
you can only place higher than your peak at the start of acts, not episodes
