if you play with a riot employee theres a chance they will give
riot devs can give about 8(?) buddies to people so unless you personally know a riot dev or you are ytber/streaner there is almost no chance for you to get a riot buddy
@pastou340 yeah its 8 im pretty sure and it happen sometime but like 5% get riot gun buddy in random game

Riot gun buddies are intended to commemorate positive one-on-one interactions Rioters have with players, whether in game or out of game. Each Rioter has a fixed number of gun buddies they can give out to players, asking for a gun buddy in chat is disruptive and will not result in being given a gun buddy.
