I created an account but if I open the games it will crash and say VAN restriction error

It says enable tpm and secure boot but I don't have tpm and I can't enable boot secure
why can u not
Idk btw tpm is ready to use but if I enable secure boot in bios windows won't load up
well then make a ticket to riot
save all your important files and do reset pc, then turn secure boot on
