You can do that in your computer bios. Most of the time UEFI is on by default so my guess is you only need to turn on TMP 2.0. Google the type of motherboard you have + how to enable TPM 2.0

But go and enter your systems BIOS and take a look over there for TMP and UEFI. Also don't change anything if you are not sure of what it is.
