Is friend request in valorant broken? I can't seem to send friend request

I know how to solve 
probably have over 300+ friends try deleting one or two, Valorant actually got a friends cap its around 350 friends i think, anyways after u reach that cap you can receive any friend requests or send any. What i did is i removed some randoms and its back to normal again
