AFK BAN PENALTY
I got Banned due to power cut in my city they gave me a 7 day ban but i never ever went AFK this was my first time going AFK during match why so harsh penalty? and is it possible to remove the penalty since it was an accident not an intentional issue

i have submitted a ticket will they check on the issue or keep it ignored?
depends <:2_PeepoShrug:615931038094458910> if you opened it under "discuss ban" and you got an answer by a bot, then its over
i did it on other problem factor and its still not solved

Dont know why this time they are not checking
But 7 days penalty just for 2-3 que dodge and it was non consecutive tho, if you ask me thats actually harsh
