How can I make the OS refuse connections? If I cannot do it on that level, then how can I immediately close it right after. Using Netty

I cannot guarantee that all perms are given

I mean, if the user doesn't give, or doesn't have, permission to mess with connetions, then your program would have to hack against the operating system to do anything about it That means that it depends on the operating system (which would probably also be so when you have permission), and if one of us knew how, they'd probably try to report it instead

That's not what I meant. I meant that in the environment where I would have os perms, how could I refuse connections (back-end). If I don't have the perms, netty would be the blocking case
