maybe ur taking to many unnecessary fights and losing rounds cause of it
which could explain the low win %
i don't know what you did to go from 25% hs to 43 in 1 act but maybe you aren't spraying through smokes or through wall bang able areas, if you do damage it'll add on to your kast and give you a better opportunity to win the round. So in the end it could improve your win % and kast only if you sacrafice your headshot %.
Looking through your clips your game sense and decision making isn't that good either.

Ur jumping around way too much, making a lot of unnecessary movements, and the way ur peeking a lot of these angles isnt great
And some fights, specifically the one against cypher, u won purely due to reaction time diff in low elo and having a 1 shot weapon
