Low fps in game & windows

Hello sometime my game have like 5 fps and i need restart my potatoes to recover good fps I have 6750XT Ryzen 7 3700X 32 gb of ram ( today i have same issue on windows too ) and is everytime when i play valorant <:val_CatBigStare:1171620702269493348>
