how can i practise when i always get one shot head shot every time

Ya don’t jump straight in to rank try in unrated or target practice on range and try a good crosshair you like and think you will do good in if you lose straight like 2 to 3 matches take a brake and try again
Irons are the most underrated rank you don’t know what they will do and yes they are some people who make new account and stuff đź«
Plus the new outlast gun will sometimes one shot lol
still you dont get oneshot
thats just excuses

Well ya of course it isn’t true you don’t die every time I think he means he’s so bad at the game people make him the target every game bcz it’s easy to kill him and it’s a free kill

youtube is your friend but
- mostly learn to straff, how to peek angle, crosshair, aim
- positionning when you make a kill you should be able to repositionning yourself,
- basic gamesense map knowledge, agent, commun angle

Play reyna without good mechanic make you a moving sandbag
the reason reyna is good is because you dont need to learn how to play her and its easy to carry your trash teammates in iron
