How do I create a 50 ohms Impedence Trace
Recently designing a PCB board that has four layers, am using SIM7020E chip from SIMCOM, a cellular Chip. The Datasheet said i should Use a 50 ohms trace line on my PCB for the antenna Pin side in order to match the circuit. What will i do to get 50 ohms trace value for the four layers board. Are there any tools or steps needed to take ?

(Use the Tab Conductor Impedance)
In simpler ways you are calculating the length, width of the track that will have Impedance equivalent to 50 Ohms.
i think this will give you some direction to get your answer.
One thing to do is to always ask your board manufacturer, they have their custom impedence calculator that can help you get your desired trace size for a 50 ohms impedence. I know of jlcpcb which offer this on their website.
