suit jacket length advice

Hey y'all, need help making a call on which rented suit jacket length to go with. First 3 photos are 42s, second 3 are 42r. Thanks!

How are the sleeves longer on the s? To be brutally honest I think both are bad. If you really have no other option I'd go with the second one just because you can at least use your hands.
