u might have mbr disk
whats that disk
windows doesn't allow u to boot mbr with uefi, though uefi can boot both mbr and gpt if manufacturers follow the specifications
tell me after u booted into windows
we will try to convert ur disk to gpt from mbr using mbr2gpt

After changing to legacy mode tell me the steps
i will change into legacy mode somehow me and my laptop have done crazy things in the past
revert all the changes when u were changing it secure boot and to uefi
ANd after that
u should be able to change back to legacy if configured correctly

if u wanna use uefi mode and secure boot
u need to convert ur disk to gpt scheme first
u can try mbr2gpt which allows u to do it without any data loss
open cmd as admin,
mbr2gpt /validate /allowfullos
