Ssl connected pterodactyl and cloudflare ssl is https://panel...............pl, giving https not ssl how to repair?

The origin cert, if you've read the description, is only valid between you and cloudflare

its just how cloudflares origin certs works
you need to use cloudflare's proxy mode for it to serve certificates from le or get your own le certificate
