If you're alone in the party then it wouldn't show up as on (that's why it's muted), your in game chats should be working
its not in the game either
they can probably hear and trolling you
shouldn't there be a popup up for when i press the ptt button?

when you startup valorant does it appear like this or after a few games?
if they appear every few games a temporary fix is to restart val every time
looks like ur connection to voice servers arent established
run cmd as admin,
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
then restart ur pc
