Johnstone of Elgin cashmere scarf

It is £150 is it worth the price or should I just get a similar colour one from somewhere like Uniqlo. Happy to spend the extra money but only if it’s really worth it

Plenty on eBay for around £20-£30 mark unless you're getting it as a present and need the tags & receipt? Their cashmere is regarded as some of the very best but "worth it" is an entirely subjective decision only you can make :)

Uniqlo is not even on the same level as Johnston, I have a Uniqlo cashmere scarf and it's nice but it's not nice. Whether the difference is worth £100+ is up to you

Thanks for the advice, struggled to find the colour on eBay so got it new Very nice and I’m happy with my decision Didn’t think they would compare just wasn’t sure if the difference was worth the price, I tried on the Uniqlo and it felt very thin cheap and not as soft as the johnston scarf Got the johnston scarf in the end
