is any of the game files corrupted by any chance?
i fixed it
but getting another error
like i click play and game not launching
but in task manager its running
the vgc server even not running !
windows couldnt start the vgc service on local computer

Try to run as administrator and see if the same error comes
enabling passive mode from avast antivirus fixed all the problems
how do i do that
