Moving storage location

My storage drive is in region EU-CZ-1. But there are no pods available to launch. Is there anyway I can move my storage drive to another region?

Hi, same problem here. Usually only old A5000 available only. Need to move to a better GPU in a different region. What is the best approach? Reproducing and moving the data manually is not an option for >100 GB. Thanks for your support!

thank you for the feedback, that is a common concern raised and we plan to work on providing tooling to better support moving storage for now - launch gpu pod in 2 regions, stop pod and make it 0 gpu to reduce cost and transfer between 2 network volumes in near future we have plans to bring object storage as part of our network storage offering, that will enable you to run 1 server anywhere and get access to storage through object storage APIs

what method do you recommend for the transfer between 2 network volumes? is there any additional charge for that activity (apart from the obvious additional network storage)

Idk what region CPU pod is located in but having a network storage there will always guarantee downloading new data using CPU BUT to answer this i wrote a post for this cause i also questioned this https://discord.com/channels/912829806415085598/1194711850223415348/1207500437314342932 Setup ssh on two pods in both regions ZIP the file and transfer it over
