Coach leather jacket price?
Hi all, looking for some input on this black full grain leather jacket from Coach I’m considering buying secondhand. According to the serial number (using the Coach handbag serial conventions) it seems to be made in 1996, and the tag says made in Portugal. Any thoughts on a fair price? And it does look legit right? Thanks for your help!

@Benjiara $150, I asked best price they said $125. Maybe can get them to go lower but lets assume $125
@Benjiara Do you have any thoughts on that? Doing some quick research at comparable pieces I thought that was a more than fair price. However I posted elsewhere and a random internet stranger told me $50 used, since Coach’s jackets don’t retail that much to begin with
Seems pristine condition for 1996. I'd ask for a better picture of the interior liner, you can't see much from here. $125 is too high, $100 max imo. I doubt you could get a leather jacket in this condition for <$50 unless you scored at a thrift store or eBay auction.

@raisin thank you for the input! Is there anything you are looking for in said picture of the interior liner or just overall condition? They said it’s only been worn a few times, “like new.” My 1996 guess may be wrong though, it’s based on serial number conventions for Coach bags. I followed up and they said they maybe bought it 10 years ago but don’t really remember.
Seconding raisin that 100 should be your upper limit. Similar things are all over ebay and secondhand stores around that price range or lower
just overall condition. I don't think 1996 vs. 10 years ago would affect the price much. There's decent demand for vintage coach bags but not so much for jackets afaik
