False HWID banned for the second time
I’ve been hardware id banned now for the second time and every time I make a ticket it’s just a bit saying the ban is correctly placed but I didn’t do anything wrong

Valorant runs on a kernel level in order to use their anti cheat, meaning it has access to your computer and runs frequent scans on said device
It is extremely unlikely that it’s a false ban, however you can try again in time by making another ticket

And I can’t submit a ticket as I just get a response from a bot

You can wait for a bit longer before opening a new ticket
And maybe it’ll be forwarded to an agent
support deal with thousands of tickets a day and it takes a while to get to your turn

yeah i am pretty sure i am hwid banned because every id that i login to gets val 152 error
so i will be able to play again after 4 months with a new id

pinging us doesn't do any good. Roland doesn't even work for Riot and while i do, i dont work for anti-cheat or player support, so i have no access to look into it for you or to unban
