The face is very close imo, + it’s likely style (and I think eyebrows, if they were a tiny bit longer + a tiny bit lowered)
Plus the image there, the Reyna’s head is angled kinda downward
In this illustration, It’s held much more direct
+ this is closer to Reyna’s face than 90% of Reyna drawings I’ve seen 😛
