Preference will be given to candidates that have:
Identify automation opportunities and make recommendations for improvements to ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB and Service Catalog Requests.
Support CMDB data model. Provide recommendation and roadmap to improve CMDB operations using the ServiceNow Discovery tool.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
10+ years' experience designing, executing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
Nice to have:
Experience with federal or state government client.
