This is a reddit post i found on a thread about a supposed false ban for RawAccel by the creator of RawAccel, KovaaK. "Before RawAccel came out, we contacted FaceIt and Riot to coordinate with them and make sure that the software was not going to be a concern for anticheat. Both teams gave it the go-ahead and said they would let us know if they find any issues. I've reached out to the guys at Riot who I spoke to before to see if they can confirm they are still not taking action against Raw Accel and will let you know when I get a response.
Also as /u/m00se said, there are a very large number of users who are actively using Raw Accel in Valorant and do not have this issue. There's very likely something else at play for why action was taken against your account.
