Human Intervention
Is Typebot only limited to a flow specific bot or is there a feature or plan to include human intervention such as:
Being able to move from the flow to an actual human customer support chatting with the client.
Pretty much a customer live chat

What about the redirect block?

Someone requested a feature to make calls to Typebot to perform a certain action so I guess in order to integrate it seamlessly into the flow that feature would be required.

But it can be done through chatwoot api:

Receive messages using callback URL | Chatwoot
When a new message is created in the API channel, you will get a POST request to the Callback URL specified while creating the API channel. The payload would look like this. Find the full list of events supported by the webhook here.

The loop is terminated whenever there are no more paths in the flow to follow, you do not need to terminate
